The Ventures enjoyed a great show on October 31, 2009 at the Prairie Knights Casino in Ft. Yates, ND. This is about an hour away from Bismarck. It was quite an adventure and new to us all. The Casino is located on a very large reservation, and is run by the Standing Rock Sioux tribe. The venue is a large auditorium, which holds about 2300 people. As previously advised, we shared the billing with Peter Noone’s Hermans Hermits – Peter is always a great performer, so the audience was treated to a terrific double bill. Thank you to all the wonderful fans from North Dakota, and Minnesota too! We were highly gratified at the great reception, and thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many fans after the show, when the group signed autographs. We hope to return to Prairie Knights again soon.
